Handmade jewelry is fragile!

In order to keep your piece in great shape we do not recommend getting items wet, exposing to lotions or hair products, cleaning chemicals, or while doing manual labor/sports - by doing so puts your jewelry at risk of breaking.

Any piece that has darkened stamping or a darkened design should absolutely not be exposed to water as it can cause the enamel fill to fade or disappear. To keep your bracelet nice and dark, please do not get wet.

CUFFS: Do not put the Aluminum cuff bracelet on your wrist and squeeze it. Squeezing the cuff puts all of the stress on the center of the bracelet (or the stamping) and can weaken it. This will cause breakage. Please see the "how to" guide in the package before wearing.

GOLD FILLED: 14k Gold Filled pieces have a layer of real 14k Gold thickly pressure bonded to a base metal core. It is 100x thicker than plated jewelry and should last years with proper care! Gold fill is a high quality metal that does not chip or tarnish as long as it is well kept and cared for. It is generally acceptable for even those with sensitive skin to wear. You will have the look and feel of solid gold at a much more affordable cost.

STERLING SILVER: .925 Sterling silver is a precious metal alloy containing 92.5% solid silver. Sterling Silver is high quality but can react with chemicals found in air and can produce tarnish with wear; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight + oxygen, lotions + perfumes, your body PH levels, etc.

We no longer ship a receipt in our packaging. If you need a receipt for your order, please check your email as Etsy sends one upon making a purchase.

If you do not upgrade your shipping when purchasing, your item will NOT have insurance for lost or stolen packages. Wild Pine Jewelry can not replace or be held responsible for packages that are showing marked as delivered via tracking. Please reach out to your local USPS to retrieve a GPS location scan to see the exact location coordinates of where your local carrier delivered package. You can also file for a "missing package" request to see if USPS can help you locate it.

I source all of my materials from small businesses within the United States. We only use high quality supplies in 14k Gold Filled or .925 Sterling Silver.

Each letter is individually stamped into metal by hand with metal stamps, not engraved. Every piece will be unique in alignment, depth and spacing which adds to the character of hand stamped jewelry. I use quality/heavy gauge metal, however, steel stamps are harder than metal and when struck the stamping often will leave an imprint on back.

Due to these pieces being handmade and hand stamped, these things should not be considered a flaw in product. No two items will look identical and may vary slightly from the listing photo.

Every body type is unique and chain lengths may vary person to person. I have a chain length guide on each listing but keep in mind, this is as an example only and based on average body types. Not all chain lengths will always be available in the shop but please reach out if you have any questions.

I suggest:
16” for very petite women / youth
18” for the average women / most common size
20” for curvier women

Please keep in mind that once assembled there are slight differences in color tones of 14k Gold Filled metals depending on the manufacturing facilities color mixes, and temperatures used when making, heating and cooling metals.

Wild Pine Jewelry is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address due to customer error. Please double check your mailing address at time of purchase. Once your package leaves my home studio, I can not change the address.

If your item is mailed back due to a customer address error, I will gladly send you a reserved listing to purchase another shipping label.

Custom pieces are considered final sale as I am unable to resell or reuse these pieces in any way. I typically never make a product until someone orders it - so when you place an order, I am making it specifically for you and cannot use it otherwise. Any custom work that I create may be added to my shop at my discretion. Dates, Names, or Quotes that are sent in for custom work may be photographed and listed.

Any resale of Wild Pine Jewelry can only be done with the artisans consent or prior agreement.

Though extremely rare, this can occur even when using high quality materials. Discoloration is not caused by pieces themselves but by a few factors. There are many ways that even quality metal can discolor skin including body chemistry which has to do with pH balance, diet detoxing, metallic abrasion from makeups, lotions, hairsprays, skin oils, cleaning materials, or even when a piece comes in contact with salty air or saltwater (living near the beach) - 14k Gold Filled is not an alloy but a layered material constructed in multiple layers. It is not mixed with copper, however, there is a jewelers brass base which is completely covered by layers of 14k GF material and is 100x thicker than any plated jewelry.
